2013–2015
In-house, global brand
01 — Challenge
Global controllership and corporate teams were publishing dense financial and process information into an intranet almost nobody used. The work needed to make that material genuinely understandable, and to make the platform itself worth visiting — without a marketing budget or an external audience to borrow polish from.
02 — My Role
- Multimedia design and branding for internal engagement platforms
- Video and animation production end to end
- Intranet rebuild — SharePoint, jQuery, HTML, CSS
- Templates and asset library for recurring communications
How it was solved
03 — Creative Approach
01
Translate before decorating
Started from the information itself: what a viewer needs to understand, in what order, before any visual treatment was applied.
02
Motion as explanation
Used animation to sequence complex financial concepts step by step, so each idea lands before the next appears.
03
Interface rebuild
Rebuilt intranet pages in SharePoint with HTML, CSS and jQuery around clearer navigation and scannable content blocks.
04
Repeatable library
Produced a reusable set of templates and motion assets so recurring communications kept a consistent look.
Systems thinking
The System
- Explainer animation
- Intranet page system
- Internal campaign graphics
- Presentation templates
- Event and town-hall visuals
Motion & Visual Storytelling
Motion carried the communication load. Over 50 videos and animations were produced end to end — scripting, design, animation and edit — turning financial processes, policy changes and operational updates into sequences an employee could follow once, without a briefing. The financial explainer animation became the reference example internally and was recognized by the CFO.
- 50+ videos and animations produced end to end
- Explainer animation for complex financial concepts
- Reusable title, lower-third and end-card templates
- Town-hall and event visuals
Digital Experience / Intranet
The intranet was the other half of the problem: good content published into a platform nobody used. Pages were rebuilt in SharePoint with HTML, CSS and jQuery around clearer navigation, scannable content blocks and a consistent visual system — treating the intranet as a designed product rather than a document dump. Adoption rose by 10%.
- Intranet rebuild — SharePoint, HTML, CSS, jQuery
- Navigation and content-block system
- +10% employee adoption after rebuild
- Branding for internal engagement platforms
